Who and why KOLLABORATORIUM?
Jesper started KOLLABORATORIUM in 2020. Jesper is Cand. Mag. in Modern Culture and Cultural Communication, an intercultural and disciplinary education at the University of Copenhagen. Jesper also has an International Project Management Diploma from IBC in Kolding, is a certified SCRUM Product Owner, certified SAFe 5.0. Agilist as well as an Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner from IBM.

culture development
Jesper was in 2009 and 2010 project manager at the Wadden Sea Festival 2010, which besides Danish artists also had artists with from Italy, Holland, Germany and Israel.
Wadden Sea Festival presented innovative art and culture projects in the Wadden Sea area, and gained good press and media coverage. In addition, the festival got Her Royal Highness Princess Marie as Protector and to open the festival at Rømø, September 2010.

Humanitarian organizations
From 2011 – 2012 Jesper was a volunteer director for DM-Aid, a medium-sized relief organization in Copenhagen, who cooperated with 18 member states and had volunteers in Denmark, Sweden, the Middle East, Asia and several places in Europe.

City and Urban Development
In 2014, Jesper was the project manager for the EU-supported “Citymanager Vordingborg” project, which aimed to transform, raise and create new collaboration across trade, culture and tourism. The project had partners in Germany and Estonia.

IT: Software development and Outsourcing / Outstaffing
Jesper has on several occasions worked with intercultural teams in the work with Agile, SCRUM, LEAN and Kanban, Software Development and IT Outsourcing / Outstaffing. Among the customers have been global market-leading companies within Cloud, Retail, Healthcare, Insurance, eLearning and Pharma.

– In 2008 – 2009 as eLearning Consultant in the eLearning company SkillsCreator, who made solutions for eg Novozymes and the Danish Industry and had a design team in Hyderabad, India.

– In 2013, as Client Service Manager for CIKLUM in Kharkov, Ukraine had 30 international customers and lived and worked in Ukraine

– 2015-2016 as Project / Team Manager and SCRUM Product Owner for EdTech startup WriteReader in Copenhagen, Jesper was responsible for a 6-man software development team that was in Pakistan. Customers were in Denmark, Sweden, Holland and the USA.

– 2016 – 2018 as Business Unit Manager in Symphony Solutions in Lviv, Ukraine had the responsibility of more than 100 people divided between Ukraine, Poland and Macedonia. A total of 13 teams and 13 international customers in the US, England, Ireland, Holland, Belgium and Denmark.

– 2019 – 2021 as Customer Experience Engagement Manager at Infopulse Ukraine, part of one of the biggest Scandinavian IT-Companies, TietoEVRY, my role was to connect, build engagements and help bridging the gap between teams, partners and countries.

-2022  as Director Client Management Enterprise at brightfin, I was leading 16+ Delivery Managers and Delivery Specialists across USA, Germany, Ukraine and Philippines as well as 60+ enterprise accounts whereas some were Fortune500 companies.

Competences

15+ years of experience
Jesper has worked more than 10 years with global market-leading customers, intercultural teams and various cultural backgrounds of intercultural teams. Jesper has built up extensive experience for understanding with building strong and strategic customer relationships, with international customers and partners at VP and C level and becoming the customer’s “Trusted Advisor”. Jesper has also worked intensively on building strong teams, both locally and remotely, and with several different cultural backgrounds. Finally, Jesper has worked for several years Agile SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban and LEAN and has more than 5+ years of direct experience from IT Outsourcing and Outstaffing.

Management and coaching of Intercultural teams
Strong experience in distributed IT Team Management. For example, I lead motivation and attach great importance to developing my team and individual team members to help them reach their highest potential. I have strong interpersonal and intercultural skills in working with different cultures for years and good knowledge of HR processes, tools and PDPs. I have coached several SCRUM Teams, SCRUM Masters and Product Owners on the customer side – among other things about self-organizing teams, high performance teams and conflict management.

Project Management
Throughout my career, I have led large and complex projects with many stakeholders. With a project management degree (PMI), as a Certified SCRUM Product Owner, and used to work with SAFe Framework and PI planning. I work with high speed, tactics, high drives and are able to manage and complete large projects, lead people and manage budgets. A former stakeholder called me a “problem cruncher”. In my opinion, what a great project manager should be.

Digital Transformations
In most jobs, I have worked with new business development and maximizing business in the company. I always look for new opportunities and am not afraid to take responsibility or necessary strategic changes to achieve new business goals. In Digital I have great interest in areas such as UX, Cloud, Blockchain, AR / VR, IoT, AI, Machine learning and Robotics.

Management and development of customer relations
For several years I have worked with senior stakeholders in major international companies. Being problem cruncher and the client’s escalation point commercially and operationally. Building trust, strong and lasting customer relationships, business development and sales strategies.

Change management
In many jobs I have had, I have had the chance to be part of major transformations and change management both internally within the organization and with global companies merging as their trusted client partner. I am strategic, tactical, diplomatic and political sharp and ready to engage in these often unclear and challenging aspects of business.
