“The materials you provide during the course are actually brilliant and
very useful for those who work in a cross-cultural environment. I would say
that it’s even vital to know all the features you may face to avoid obstacles.
And sometimes, when dealing with a tough cross-cultural situation, people do
not even think from the cultural point of view and do not even consider the
cultural differences as the reason for disputes. This is my main takeaway from
the course.
